Local Delivery
Home delivery for bulky items, to selected postcodes around High Wycombe.
Some of the lots we sell are large or awkward: furniture, white goods, garden machinery and the like. If a lot is one of these, it carries the Local Delivery Availablei badge on its photo. Win one of those lots and live in our delivery area, and we can bring it to your door instead of you collecting it.
How it works
- Look for the badge. Lots eligible for local delivery show the brown “Local Delivery Available” badge on the item photo.
- Win the lot, then choose delivery at checkout. If your billing postcode is within our delivery area, you can add local delivery for £20 per order, however many bulky items you’ve won. If you’re outside the area, it’s collection as usual.
- Pay by Friday midnight. Deliveries go out on Mondays. Orders paid by midnight on Friday are delivered the coming Monday. Pay later (Saturday or Sunday) and delivery moves to the Monday after.
- Delivery day. We deliver to your door. Once delivered, we’ll email you confirmation with a photo of your item(s) at the property.
If you’re not in: your item(s) will be left outside the door of the property, and we can’t take responsibility for loss or damage after that point. Photo evidence of every delivery is emailed to you. You’ll be asked to accept this at checkout before placing your order.
